Once you or one of your loved ones has been diagnosed with OSA, it's very important to receive proper treatment. Untreated OSA can put your health in danger, not to mention the detrimental effect on the quality of your daily life.
To get the proper and best treatment you need a specialized company like CSC. As a patient care and DME company focused exclusively on effective therapy for PAP patients, OSA products and accessories, we have the knowledge, experience and ability to offer our patients the best possible treatment. We offer all the major brands of PAP equipment and consumable supplies, patient education and ongoing support. We'll show you why you should remain compliant ("REAL" follow up care), and assure the timely replenishment of CPAP supplies.
CSC'S CPAP CIRCLE OF CARE℠ PATIENT CARE PROGRAM
Our exclusive CPAP Circle of Care℠ program has been designed to provide our patients with an integrated package of services and support. From the first contact to successful treatment and cure, CSC will be with you every step of the way, providing high quality equipment, support and professional advice.
Every new CSC patient will meet in person with one of our licensed respiratory therapists or registered sleep technologists. Based on your doctor's written prescription and specifications we will determine and select the best equipment for your needs. The therapist will complete the initial setup of your CPAP or Bi-Level (Bi-PAP) machine, setting the equipment to the required pressure (as prescribed by your doctor). You will receive proper training on its use, care, operation and maintenance, either in your home or at your doctor's office. Should you have any questions, you will be able to contact us through our toll-free number during normal business hours.
We will also review with you the Medicare approved replacement schedule for supplies for your CPAP (most private insurance companies follow this replacement schedule) including CPAP masks, chin straps, tubing, nasal pillows, mask cushions, mask flaps & headgear. To learn more about the replacement process we offer click here.
We will remain in touch with you to make sure everything works perfectly and to ensure full operational compliance. The ongoing patient support and follow up process is handled by our devoted and highly skilled team. They are all licensed medical professionals including Respiratory Therapists and Registered Sleep Technologists. Our support includes a 72 hour follow up call after the initial setup, during which we'll discuss equipment issues and problems. Then we'll initiate another follow up call after 30 days, to ensure that the mask is comfortable and is the appropriate style & size, and also to see how you're adjusting to the therapy. We also make quarterly calls, to check if you're sleeping better, if you feel less tired, and to solve any mask issues. For patients whose equipment is fitted with a wireless modem, we will call 14 days after setup if we see that you are non-compliant with your treatment and will work through any issues you are having, in order to ensure you benefit from the therapy.
We will document any issues or problems that you may have experienced during the therapy process, sending updated compliance reports to your physician or sleep lab. We'll work closely with your physician & sleep lab to ensure that you receive the best and complete care for your apnea problem.
In case you feel that you need to replenish any of your CPAP/Bi-Level supplies, we'll verify your insurance coverage and send you the respective supplies directly to your door. We'll even pay for the shipping. If you'll need to exchange or return an item, we'll send you a pre-paid return postage label, so that you won't have to pay anything.
You can call our support team at no cost on our toll-free number (1-888-707-2454) whenever you have a question, problem or just simply need some encouragement to continue the PAP treatment. While you are on PAP therapy, we'll stay in touch with you for as long as you need.
