If you are a current patient and need assistance with a therapy or administration issue, please call (888) 707-2454. If you contact us outside these hours please leave a message and we will get back to you within one business day.
Who you should ask to speak to:
If you are calling about an EOB you have received from your insurance company, please ask to speak with an EOB specialist in our patient services division.
If you are an exisiting patient and looking for help or advice with your CPAP therapy please ask to speak with a respiratory therapist in our patient care center.
If you are not a patient and are looking for CPAP supplies or DME please ask to speak with one of our patient services representatives for a free insurance verification.
If you are calling about an outstanding account or collections issue, please ask to speak with someone in our collections department.
