Some of our dedicated PAP treatment support team

Classic Sleepcare (CSC) is a privately held company, managed by Rob Fallan and Rob Brough. We established the company in 2006 specializing in providing a fully integrated suite of services to obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) sufferers focused on patient care for positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy patients and sales of a full range of CPAP and BiPAP machines and associated consumables. We are constantly thinking "outside the box" to blaze new trails in our industry. We have dedicated ourselves to significantly raise the bar and set new standards of practice in our industry.

My name is Robert Fallan. Before founding CSC with Rob Brough, I was the Director of Patient Services at a national DME company. During this period of time I have noticed that after being diagnosed with sleep apnea, most patients were given their CPAP or Bi-Level machines, told to push some button to turn it on & off, and were left with a pat on the back. Some patients even had their machine delivered by couriers together with written instructions. There was no proper guiding, no follow up and no collaboration with the patient's doctor:

Nobody was there to explain how frustrating or difficult it might be to get used to using their CPAP machine

Nobody was there to encourage them to stick it out because it's important to their health

Nobody was there to problem solve with them in the critical first few nights of therapy

Nobody was there to exchange the mask if it didn't fit right or didn't feel right

Nobody was there to talk to them six months later if they were getting pressure sores on their face, felt their pressure setting on their machine was too high, or just wanted to talk to somebody who understood what they were going through.

As your doctor may tell you, immediate availability of a comfortable PAP therapy system (set to the proper treatment pressure), good education and an on-going source of support and assistance often define the difference between success and failure of PAP therapy. So we knew something had to be done. We knew that this is not the way to treat OSA patients. That's when we decided to start a new company. Something totally different - focused on and dedicated to caring for patients. Committed to our patients' healing process we have set new standards in OSA treatment, providing consistent, high quality services. Today, based on our success and strong reputation we know that we've done the right thing. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, our "Circle of Care™" program which delivers a high level of care to our patients and industry-leading treatment compliance rates and the relationships we've developed with our referring physicians and sleep labs.

Our promise to patients…after we receive your written prescription, one of our respiratory therapists will set up and train you in the use and care of your machine in your home or at your doctor's office (usually within 72 hours). After the initial training and educating, we follow through with our support program delivered by our team of experienced licensed respiratory professionals, providing the long-term support needed for successful therapy. You can call our patient care center at no cost via a toll-free number whenever you have a question, problem or just simply need some encouragement to stay on the therapy. And we will provide your doctor with compliance reports they need regarding your progress on the therapy.

We are confident that we will maintain our professional recognition for years to come. Thank you for considering our services.

As one of your newest clients, I wanted to write you a brief note of thanks for leading such a well-run, customer-focused organization. As I am sure you are aware, Cresscare Medical recently pulled out of eastern PA, leaving many patients without effective CPAP support.
